Steps for the Preparation of Tomato Jelly
- Tomatoes are at first bought from markets and they are cleaned by dipping in water.
- The rotten ones are removed and the good ones are smashed to extract the juice.
- Next a pan is put on the oven and the extracted juice is boiled in the pan for half an hour.
- The jelly is prepared.
- But before bottling it the jelly is to be cooled.
- Tomato jelly thus prepared can be taken with the bread or puri.
