Summer vacations are always the best part of our school days as, after all the hard work that one has to do for terminal examination, one is gifted with summer vacations to enjoy a few months of worry-free life. Everybody has a story to share on what he did during his summer vacations, and here I am sharing my story about how did I spend my summer vacation this time.
My friends always used to travel a lot and share their pictures on social media websites after which I requested my parents to plan a trip where we all can enjoy and where I can enjoy my summer vacation.
My parents made a plan to visit Dharamsala and Mcleodganj, we packed our bags, booked a taxi, and we were on our way.
First, we visited Dharamsala, where I got to visit one of the most beautiful cricket stadiums in the world and the beautiful view of the mountains.
Later on, we visited Mcleodganj where we visited the famous Dalai Lama temple and also went to Bhagsu Lake which is famous for the waterfall. It was one of the most beautiful things that I had ever watched and watching such a beautiful place was just the way I wanted I spend my summer vacations with.
While returning, my parents decided to visit Dalhousie as well, so we went to that place as well. It was also such a beautiful place that I can’t resist myself of taking pictures of it. There was a place called Khajjar which is known to be the most famous place of the city as it is believed that years back a meteorite struck this place due to which Khajjar- a significant ground like surface is built which is best for adventurous sports.
We did some paragliding, trekking and various other fun loving things while visiting all these places and I uploaded pictures of me with my family seeing which my friends would have felt jealous as well. All in all, it was the best time that I had for a long time.
